Travis Kelce is lacing up — but we’re not talking about his cleats.
On Saturday, Dec. 14, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35, and his teammates touched down in Cleveland ahead of their Dec. 15 game against the Browns. As usual, Travis traveled in style, wearing yet another statement-making look for the flight to Ohio.
In a photo and video shared on the Chiefs’ official Instagram account, the NFL star can be seen walking down the airplane stairs wearing a denim jacket and matching denim pants covered with what appears to be white lace accents. He accessorized with a white beanie and white sneakers and carried a black woven leather travel bag.
The Chiefs captioned the post, “Back to the old stomping grounds for @killatrav ❄️,” referring to the fact that Travis grew up in the Cleveland suburbs.
Travis’ edgy denim ensemble follows another notable look for the Super Bowl champion. Back on Nov. 24, he went for a casual, Pacific Northwest-inspired vibe, sporting a plaid flannel shirt, corduroy pants and a bucket hat ahead of the Chiefs’ matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
He later shared photos of the pre-game outfit on his Instagram as he celebrated the Chiefs’ 10th win of the season following their 30-27 victory over the Panthers. He captioned the post, “Double digit dubs!!”

In addition to the Chiefs’ impressive season — their record currently stands at 12 wins and only one loss — Travis has another big reason to celebrate. Girlfriend Taylor Swift wrapped up her triumphant — and record-breaking — Eras Tour on Dec. 8.
To mark the bittersweet milestone, Travis gave Swift, 35, a supportive shout-out on his podcast New Heights, which he hosts with his brother Jason Kelce. “Shout out to Tay, and the unbelievable Eras Tour has finally come to an end,” he said during the Dec. 11 episode.
After Jason, 37, interjected to ask how many shows the “Fortnight” singer performed throughout her nearly two-year run, Travis replied, “149 or 152. I forget which one it was. Somewhere in there.”
“A f— ton is how I sum it up,” he jokingly added.
Travis also shared his amazement that more than “10 million people” attended the Eras Tour “over the course of it,” describing the massive attendance figure as “absolutely insane.”
“It’s pretty crazy,” he added, prompting Jason to add, “Well, shout-out to Tay.”
Swift also marked another milestone on Friday, Dec. 13: turning 35. While it’s not clear how she and Travis celebrated the occasion, the NFL paid tribute to the birthday girl and her boyfriend by sharing a special video on TikTok.
Set to a cover of John Legend‘s song “All of Me,” the video features clips of the 14-time Grammy Award winner supporting Travis at his football games over the past two seasons.
The compilation also notably included the much-swooned-over moment when Swift ran to Travis for a kiss after he attended one of her shows in Argentina. In a nod to the singer sometimes changing up the lyrics to “Karma” for the tight end, the NFL captioned the video, “Karma is the guy from the @Chiefs saying happy bday to me 🎶.”
