Francesca Farago and fiancé Jesse Sullivan have revealed the names of their newborns!
The Too Hot to Handle alum, 31, and the TikTok star, 35, became parents to fraternal twins — a boy and a girl — on Monday, Nov. 11. The couple announced the news on Snapchat the same day, with the new mom sharing details of her “plan of care,” which included “clear liquids, bedrest, breast feeding, pumping” and a “lactation consult.”
Farago then shared a photo on Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 17, which featured the twins’ feet — each adorned with an anklet that revealed their names — Poetry and Locket.
“Our two little angels made a surprise appearance via emergency c section at 36 weeks and 5 days at 7:31 & 7:33AM on 11/11🥹,” she wrote. “Locket weighed 5 pounds 10 ounces & Poetry weighed 5 pounds 8 ounces!”
“I’ve never been more in love but I’ve also never had more anxiety😅,” she continued, adding, “They’re perfect😭🤍✨.”
Sullivan — who is already a parent to a 16-year-old named Arlo — revealed the twins’ full names in an Instagram post of his own the same day, writing, “Welcome to the world Poetry Lucia Sullivan and Locket Romance Sullivan. My kids will change the world. 🖤.
The influencer then went on to reveal more details about the birth, sharing that it happened “so fast.”
“On 11.11.24 around 4am, as I finished the final touches on our nursery, we unexpectedly rushed to the hospital due to concerning symptoms francesca was having,” he wrote.
“We got her settled in the room as they checked her out, I went to grab Starbucks,” he continued, adding, “Within 2 minutes of me stepping back in the room multiple doctors rushed in handing us surgery caps and said “happy birthday twins, we’re delivering them in 20 minutes!’ ”
“Baby boy was born at 7:31am, baby girl was born at 7:33am,” he wrote. “I cut their chords, and in that moment as I watched Francesca see her babies for the first time, I thought back to the doctor handing me Arlo. I knew in that moment my life is the life I’ve always dreamed of.”
“Francesca is the best mom in the world already, and I know we’re going to raise the best little humans together, along with big sibling Arlo 🖤,” Sullivan concluded.

The couple first announced that Farago was pregnant in March. The following month, the mom-to-be revealed to PEOPLE that the news was a “shock.”
“It took me about a week to really know that it was true and get the positive blood test back from our doctor. I was just in shock,” the reality star recalled at the time. “We were not expecting that. We thought it was going to be negative for sure, and then when we saw positive that early, we got a really early positive, we were like ‘No.’ ”
The Netflix star previously shared with PEOPLE that she and Sullivan had planned to have children before a wedding.
“We were wedding planning, and then one day, wedding planning was really hard, and we were just kind of discouraged,” she said. “And then we looked at each other, and we were like, ‘Should we just do babies first?’ And then we just decided there and then, and we just went right into IVF.”
