Trailer Park Boys, Cheech & Chong and Bud Farm to cross over in the ultimate stoner gaming collab

By mzaxazm

  • The Trailer Park Boys Ricky, Bubbles and Julian will join Cheech & Chong in a mega-crossover
  • Both sets of characters will appear in their respective games, and Bud Farm Idle Tycoon
  • Fans will get a chance to nab these characters to join their lineup

Fans of stoner comedy, rejoice! For your prayers have been answered as East Side Games’ Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money, LDRLY Games’ Cheech & Chong: Bud Farm and Bud Farm Idle Tycoon, three very stoner-centric idlers, are set to cross over in the ultimate stoner collab.

The crossover will see the titular Trailer Park Boys (Ricky, Julian and Bubbles) appear in Cheech & Chong: Bud Farm and vice-versa. Both the rascally rednecks and stoner comedy duo will also be appearing in Bud Farm Idle Tycoon, with the opportunity to bring these characters aboard in all three titles.

For Canadian comedy fans Trailer Park Boys, a comedy mockumentary series set in a trailer park, and the comedy duo of Cheech & Chong are both well-known for their love of the laser lettuce. So it’s little surprise that their appearance is being touted as the stoner crossover of the century.

Get stoned

Look, I shouldn’t need to say that people of my generation tend to roll their eyes at folks who make the wacky baccy, herb, magic grass and Zaza (or whatever you want to call it) their core personality traits. But I’m not here to judge your personal life, and I’m sure there are plenty of non-reefer-partakers who are equally excited to see these colourful characters make an appearance.

The crossover will begin with the first appearance of Cheech & Chong in the Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money beginning November 21st, with the boys themselves making an appearance on the Bud Farm the following day. Meanwhile, both sets of characters will debut on Bud Farm Idle Tycoon come November 7th; so keep your eye out!

In the meantime while you wait for the crossover to begin, why not cast your vote on the best games of the year for the Pocket Gamer Awards 2024?
